Kevin Dugan is the Managing Partner of Altus Investment Group, Urban REI Property Management, Altus Builders Company, and the Managing Partner of the Bolt ATM Fund with $35M AUM.
His journey gained focus in real estate flipping houses and wholesaling residential property in the Chicagoland area. Shortly after adding the progression of investments into value-add rentals, short-term rentals, property management, and general construction. In 2018 he entered multifamily as co-founder of Multifamily Masters meetup network with now over 8,000 members and gave him the entry to earn a GP stake in a 208 out of San Antonio. Kevin is passionate about educating and giving his investors access to best-in-class passive deals.
